About the DWS P.A.C.E. program
Our 2-year P.A.C.E. program consists of a technical training period and is followed by four six-month rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance.
You will:

- Be part of the Global P.A.C.E. community
- Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues across different departments

About the Internal Audit division
An independent and proactive risk-based audit function that provides objective assurance, advice and insight through effective communication to enhance and protect the value of DWS.
DWS Internal Audit has over 40 staff located in our five hub locations New York, London, Frankfurt, Hong-Kong and other countries and is responsible for delivering high quality audit reports covering all relevant activities of DWS in Europe, US, UK and Asia. DWS Internal Audit adds value by providing independent and objective assurance to the Management Board of DWS and its group companies (“Group”), on the adequacy of the design, effectiveness and efficiency of the risk management system and the systems of internal control. The hallmarks of our professional, business focused, proactive risk-based work are transparency, integrity and independence. Our global connectivity provides a stimulating environment and the opportunity to collaborate with knowledgeable colleagues and specialists around the world.
