Through the 2024 EF Summer Internship Program, you will be an integral part of our fast-paced, goal-oriented, fun, and energetic sales team. Successful candidates will be assigned to one or more departments to support multiple job functions including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer service. You will also have the opportunity to help organize and participate in our business developemnt events including fairs, seminars and webinars. You will shadow our multifunctional teams to learn our processes.
Most importantly, you will be inspiring kids, teens and adults to sign up for life-changing travel experiences across the globe!

Depending on the departments / job functions you will be assigned with, your main responsibilities can include:
- Support our Program Consultants in generating interest and filtering leads who are interested in our language, study abroad, and study tour programs through direct customer contact by phone and Whatsapp
- Hit daily telesales calling and appointment KPIs (calls made, calls reached, appointments made)
- Shadow Program Consultants in meeting with students and parents via face-to-face or online consultations; top performers will have the opportunity to do consultations independently
- Participate in offsite and onsite events, including informational seminars and fairs
- Support our management team in preparing offline and online marketing contents, day-to-day admin tasks, tour operations and logistic tasks

Requirements and Working Hours:
- Commit full-time for at least 8 weeks
- Working arrangement is 5 days / week based on roster schedule, office hours are 9am-8pm, you will work 9-hour shifts including 1 hour lunch. Weekend work is often required and will be compensated with weekdays off.
Ideal Qualities:
- Current university / associate's degree / higher diploma students welcome. Year 1 and 2 applicants are welcome.
- Past experience in sales / customer service related fields is preferred
- Full fluency in Cantonese and proficient in English (Mandarin a plus)
- Passion for travel, languages and cultural exchange
- Sales-oriented and target driven
- Love for interacting with people
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Positive attitude, flexible and great team spirit
