Details
As a Procurement Intern, you will contribute to ongoing optimizations of our procurement processes.
Your tasks could involve:

Define and implement cost reduction projects:
- MOQ optimization
- 360-degree review of products
- Alternative suppliers

Define, review, and make recommendations on the procurement system for contract management

Review local suppliers and define risk profiles related to compliance and governance in regions such as the UK, US, MX, BR, SG, and IN
-
Supplier self-assessment implementation and follow-up, including defining a scoring system

Develop and implement quality agreements in collaboration with the Quality Manager
-
ESG with a focus on preparing for CSRD Scope 3 reporting in collaboration with the ESG Manager
-
Define and implement Power BI reports:
- Price development vs X
- Supplier performance

Inventory optimization:
- Reorder point
- Safety stock

Liability optimization with Electronic Manufacturing Services suppliers:
- Define End Of Life procedure including ramp-down optimization

Define and implement category management with a high strategic focus
