As our Learning and Talent Development Graduate, you’ll help us upskill and educate our staff and build on our Sound Mind, Sound Body culture. You’ll channel your passion for progress into equipping our teams with new transferable skills and boosting their prospects in the process.

How you’ll help us.   

Based out of our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands and reporting to the Head of Talent, as part of the role, you’ll:

  • Plan and organise training events and monthly onboarding sessions, offering vital on-the-day support.
  • Prepare materials, manage scheduling and liaise with participants to deliver a smooth learning experience.
  • Support the design and build of interactive, blended learning solutions for various topics and audiences.
  • Provide additional administrative support where needed.

More about you.   

  • Qualification in Human Recourse Management, Psychology, Business/Management, or related field.
  • Solid Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work effectively on timelines juggling multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
