Department Description
The Reward team is composed of 5 team members reporting to the Head of Reward and International Mobility. The Reward Analyst intern will support the team in providing analysis and managing various compensation and international mobility processes for AXA IM entities across the world.
This internship is a good opportunity for a student willing to understand the different processes managed within a Reward and International Mobility department.
The intern will participate to various processes impacting the team as follows:
- Assist with the preparation of the annual compensation review process:
- Compensation Review system: data checks and upload
- Help with the preparation of the communication to employees
- Identified Employee:
- Build the database used for determining identified employees
- Analyse the results and prepare documentation for steering committee
- Gender gap analyses:
- Build the database used for the annual review
- Support the qualitative results review with other stakeholders (HRBP’s, business)
- International Mobility:
- Support the team in the different steps of an international mobility
- Coordinate invoices and payments with Finance Department
- Others:
- Contribute to Reward and other transversal HR or ad hoc analysis and projects
- Assist with reporting requirements
- Assist the Reward team in the update of Reward policies and procedures

Education/Level of Studies:
- Higher education (étudiant en master 1 ou 2)
Technical Skills (IT, financial analysis, etc.):
- A good level of English is necessary, both oral and written
- Good command of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel which is required)
Interpersonal and Behavioral Skills:
- Sense of customer service towards other HR colleagues, employees.
- Analytical skills and detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills, easy to connect with and build relationships with stakeholders
- Good organisation skills, ability to manage time effectively and work on a variety of ongoing tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information
Additional skills or experiences that are not essential, but are valued:
- Previous internship experience in a compensation & benefits team would be a plus.
- Good command of French is a plus.
