This role is based in Paris for a duration of 6 months.
Details
What you will do:
- Be the main point of contacts for our global customers in our long tail segment
- Handle client emails and answer their questions and requests efficiently & route requests to the appropriate self-serve resource or team
- Help the Customer Success team to answering inbound calls and work with other teams inside the company to resolve customer requests in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling & and retention tactics to Grow and nurture a portfolio of customers
- Work with the rest of the team to maximize expansion while minimizing churn risks and contraction and impacting customer satisfaction
- Work with our operations team to benchmark, evaluate and operationalize process optimization opportunities including AI tools

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- English at native level (fluency in another language is preferred French, Spanish or German)
- Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience
- Comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment
