About the job
As an intern / student assistant in the Business Process Management team, you will be part of internal projects aimed at implementing cost, efficiency, and quality focused process improvements within our global value chain.
Your role will primarily focus on the seamless integration of new and existing digital solutions into our business processes. This entails actively exploring and identifying how these systems can optimise our current workflows and processes
You will get the opportunity to dive into existing processes and ways of working across the organization to identify and analyze improvement ideas. This will often turn into an implementation task or project, that you will either manage yourself or alongside a lead project manager.
We are eager to digitalize and automate our processes and ways of working. We want to create a better foundation for data driven decision making. Maybe your digital mindset can help us utilize our digital tools and also explore new digital solutions.
You will have the possibility of forming a semester project (if applicable) in parallel with the day-to-day work.
