Our non-hierarchical, hands-on-approach, small expert teams and an international focus are characterizing for A&M.
A&M's Private Equity Performance Improvement practice (PEPI) focuses on serving upper middle market and large cap private equity firms who have engaged A&M to help improve operating results at their portfolio companies. Our area of expertise is supporting private equity owned portfolio companies to deliver a growth strategy as well as supporting under-performing with a need to reorganize or take costs out. Working directly with company management, A&M helps stabilize financial and operational performance by developing and implementing comprehensive profitability and working capital improvement measures.
