Your main missions will be:
- Assist in creating the color master batch aligned with brand aesthetics and seasonal trends.
- Support in material research, sample preparation, and organizing color/material libraries.
- Collaborate with design and product development teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements and quality standards.
- Support the industrialization team by establishing experimental plan (Laboratory testing)
- Participate in team meetings and ability to give conclusions to the experimental plan. Qualifications

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree (Bac +4/+5) in Plastics and chemical industry or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of color theory, materials, and finishes (Excel, Outlook…).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and interested about color and materials in Winter Sports Equipment.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute creatively in a collaborative environment.
