MISSIONS

You work closely with the COO (Chief Operation Officer) and Conducting Officers of Amundi Luxembourg to support him/them to lead the transformation of the company:

  • Assist the review, design, and execute on improvements of current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and to meet regulatory requirements;
  • Supporting the COO and Conducting Officers in day-to-day operations and strategic management tasks;
  • Steering and executing a range of projects;
  • (e.g. strategic, organizational and transversal operational projects)
  • Preparing cogent analysis and decision papers;
  • Developing convincing presentations;
  • Independent preparation activities to support CEO (Chief Executive Officer) or the COO;
  • Organizing and coordinating Management Board meetings and related activities (agenda, supporting documents and minutes and follow-up on action points).

Description of Ideal Candidate

PROFILE

  • Master’ degree in Business Administration/Corporate Governance and first experience with data analyses will be a plus
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Excellent practical knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good knowledge of Excel functions & self-intuitive in the use of the Internet and new technologies
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and transversally across functions and teams on very diverse client related topics (Organization, IT, Risk, Legal, Reporting, Product…);
  • Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial decision-making skills;
  • Able to handle sensitive business matters with strict confidentiality;
  • Excellent communication verbally and in writing and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and implementation capabilities;
  • Curiosity and synthesis skills;
  • Financial culture and interests;
  • Organizational and coordination skills;
  • Communication skills in written (presentation PPT and written documents).
