What we are looking for:

To support our mission, we are seeking a highly motivated Intern or Working Student to join our Account Services Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced subject matter experts and gain practical experience by closely supporting the team in their daily tasks. Your work will involve managing documents, data entry, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations. 

You will work in an international environment to achieve common goals and objectives. If you are a self-starter who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this position. 

  • Manage and organize documents, files, and records to ensure everything is organized and easily accessible
  • Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail to maintain up-to-date and correct information
  • Process various forms and documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and contracts, ensuring they are handled quickly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with various teams across the business to ensure tasks are completed on time and that everyone is kept informed
  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks

Basic Qualifications:

  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal  
  • Easy to work with
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage data with high accuracy
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are mandatory; proficiency in additional languages like Italian, French, or Spanish is a plus 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Enjoys communication and working in a team, with an empathetic demeanour
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and team members
  • Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
