Overview
Working from your home as an AppleCare College Program, you’ll be part of a team that helps our customers by providing world-class technical support. We’ll train you to troubleshoot, give you an iMac, and let you work a schedule designed around your classes. And if you need more training, we’ll provide that, too.
Details
A college job that fits schedules and exceeds expectations.
Apple has always done things differently, including customer support. As an AppleCare College Advisor, you’ll work from where you live and work around your class schedule, helping customers have the best experience possible. And like college itself, working with Apple can take you where you want to go — and where you never imagined.
Make a difference, one conversation at a time.
If you’re a student at a participating university, you can apply to become an AppleCare College Advisor, working from where you live. When customers contact Apple for help, an Advisor often answers the call. You’ll be their human connection to Apple: friendly, thoughtful, and real. You’ll answer questions about our products and services, enriching customers’ lives by helping them access the wonder they’ve come to expect from Apple. And every time you save someone’s day, you’ll be amazed by what it does for yours.
Be prepared to earn where you learn.
Working from your own place keeps things simple, but make no mistake — this is a professional role. You’ll need a quiet, distraction-free work space with a door you can shut, an ergonomic chair, a desk for the iMac (and headset) we’ll provide, and your own network connection. Discipline and self-motivation are key to balancing your class load with your Apple work.
We expect everything from an Advisor that our customers do.
For years, Apple has been recognized as offering the best customer support in the industry, and there are thousands of reasons why: our customer service advisors. Our Apple Support College Advisors are curious investigators, technical problem solvers, and great at balancing work and school. Are you? Do you like the way it feels when you help others? Are you a good listener? Do you have the discipline to manage yourself? Are you a multitasker? Are you our next Apple Support College Advisor?
Get noticed. Get better. Get ahead.
Is this where you want to begin your career with Apple, or where you want to end up? Either way, we’re committed to helping employees explore their potential, both during and after college. You’ll get regular coaching and mentoring to help you sharpen your skills. And you’ll gain valuable experience to help you succeed in practically any job, at Apple or beyond.
