Our firm advises international and domestic clients in all areas of business law relevant to their business activities, ranging from fund formation, banking, insurance, private equity and real estate to corporate and tax matters.
To be based in our Luxembourg office (Kirchberg), we are looking for a: Internship – Learning & Development6 months – Starting in September 2025.
Your role:
Within the Arendt Learning department, you will support the Learning team in partnership with One Arendt experts and external vendors.
- Manage the training calendar, plan the training courses/trainers, publish the learning sessions on Arendt learning platform
- Maintain training records (participant lists, schedules, attendance sheets), draft reports on training activities and results
- Ensure the compliance of all training activities with established policies and best practices
- Compile learning feedback and provide compilation to trainer and design and development team
- Cooperating with external vendors
- Be the point of contact for the administrative tasks
- Administrate Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure systematic capture of corporate training records and data, including management of rights
- Process invoices and check the invoices against orders

Your profile:
- You are a student in Business Management/Administration/Human Resources and are looking for an internship as part of your studies;
- You have a perfect command of French and English (both spoken and written);
- You have an excellent command of MS Office in particular in Excel;
- You are highly organised, rigorous with an eye for details and fast-learner;
- You are able to work autonomously;
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset and consider yourself as a team
