Job Description
Your mission will be to grow and support our Groover Club community, the first club for independent artists: https://groover.co/fr/lp/groover-club.
You will work closely with Romain, our CEO, and Chrystelle, head of Groover Club to make this new service successful.

Get new artists to join Groover Club

Help artist with coaching and resources

Improve the sales process and make our distribution process efficient and scalable

Collaborate on creating a music business coaching Q&A for artists and coaches—you'll gain valuable insights into the music industry.

Organize monthly open mic events to engage the community and provide artists with performance opportunities.

You are student in France

You already have an experience of selling a product or service before (at least one internship where you sold something successfully)

You have a previous experience in Music Industry or artist management is a plus

You are comfortable interacting with artists

You understand artist carrier development

You are pedagogical, patient, supportive

You are passionate about explaining or teaching

You understand how to present value to customers

You love Music & artists (Must Have)

You are rigorous, organised and disciplined

You have great written and verbal communication skills both in English and French

Your knowledge on CRM is a bonus
