AIM: Achieving the goals of this project will increase the professional development opportunities of our young volunteers and allow them to contribute to the economic development of our regions and the fight against depopulation. It will also equip them with the skills to work effectively to address social inequalities and the gap between the demand and supply in the job market in our communities. We will learn to identify the needs of local socially vulnerable groups, and tailor our business ideas to these needs. This will increase our chances of finding enough employees, and it will help the economic activation of young people from the most vulnerable groups in our communities.
OBJECTIVES:
- build in our young activists strong skills for business development in social entrepreneurship;
- identification of the needs and potential of local socially vulnerable groups for the purposes of successful social entrepreneurship;
- promoting ideas and raising funds and attracting investors;
- to familiarize the participants with the example and experience of successful business models in this area, developed in conditions similar to those in the technical region;
- to acquaint them with the current possibilities that national and European financial instruments offer for financing such ideas;
- to help them build a network of international partners.
