This position will be within the Design Strategy department. Our organization is responsible for the development and implementation of overarching strategies and guidelines for the creative disciplines at Audi. This includes the derivation of the corporate and brand strategy, to the design discipline-specific guidelines and general external and internal communication of the creative initiatives. Additional responsibility lies in the areas of innovation and pre-development, show & concept cars and portfolio strategy.

- Contributing to and developing our iconic Design Strategy
- Shaping Brand and Design ID for our progressive Audi Brand
- Shaping our future design icons in early stages before project start

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
The Audi Global Graduate Program targets recent graduates entering into the workforce. Within the first 18 months as a program participant, you will build an interdisciplinary network, take advantage of a wide range of opportunities for skills development and benefit from comprehensive mentoring.
- University degree from an accredited university in Industrial / Product / Communication Deisgn or similar with an above-average academic performance
- International experience through internships and / or studies abroad
- Initial work experience of a maximum of two years in the target area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues across the Group company
- A proactive, driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to learn and develop, with and willingness to change perspectives, adapt to new environments, dare to changes
- Fluent in English, German language is helpful but not required
