This position will be within the Internal Audit department. Auditing provides independent and objective auditing and consulting services that are designed to create added value and improve business processes. It supports the organization in achieving its goals by using a systematic and targeted approach to assess the effectiveness of risk management, controls and management and monitoring processes and helps to improve them. Auditing is directly subordinate to the Chairman of the Board of Management.

Job Purpose/Role
Within the Auditing department, you will be responsible for
- Design and independent performance of IT audits and IT special audits.
- Advising the departments, in particular on new processes to be introduced.
- The changing and new tasks deal with all activities and work processes, with a focus on the information technology and organisation as well as the implementation of the digitalisation strategy of AUDI AG.

The Audi Global Graduate Program targets recent graduates entering into the workforce. Within the first 18 months as a program participant, you will build an interdisciplinary network, take advantage of a wide range of opportunities for skills development and benefit from comprehensive mentoring.
- University degree from an accredited university in Business Information Systems; Engineering; Master Internal Auditing and Artificial Intelligence or similar with an above-average academic performance
- International experience through internships and / or studies abroad
- Initial work experience of a maximum of two years in the target area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues across the Group company
- A proactive, driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to learn and develop, with and willingness to change perspectives, adapt to new environments, dare to changes
- Fluent in English and German
