Job Description

Join the Supply Chain stream of our 2-year rotational European Graduate Program and gain hands-on experience tackling dynamic challenges that will shape the future of our business. You'll be empowered to take ownership of projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives of the Supply Chain function. This is your opportunity to develop as a supply chain expert while honing your leadership and communication skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Your tasks may include activities such as:

  • Collaborating on local and European projects to drive continuous improvement and optimization in areas such as Transportation, Inventory, Demand Planning, and more
  • Using your analytical skills to identify opportunities to streamline processes and methodologies and improve efficiency
  • Contribute as part of our production planning team in achieving our service and inventory targets

Qualifications

We are looking for creative and collaborative problem-solvers who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Individuals who are eager to make a meaningful impact and contribute their unique strengths and ideas to our team.

What we also expect you to have:

  • University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant Engineering / Business field 
  • Some relevant practical experience (e.g. internships, project work), ideally in an international manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency in English
  • Flexibility to relocate for different projects and assignments across Europe during the program
