WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Do you want to help shape the future and take responsibility? Do you aspire to become a product manager, product owner, UX/UI designer, business analyst or are you looking for a similar career? Join us now for 6 months and become a part of our Scrum Development team, working closely with the product owner. We are responsible for building and continuously developing a completely new and exciting digital customer interface.
- Web Tracking and Dashboard Building: Propose tracking requirements, assist in the implementation and maintenance of web tracking tools, and develop dashboards to analyze user behavior and performance metrics.
- Design Customer Journey Strategy and UX/UI: Contribute to the design and development of user interfaces and customer journey in the CMS and websites, aligning with business requirements, design system and best practices.
- Global CMS Platform Feature Update and Onboarding: Collaborate on feature updates for the Magnolia platform and assist in onboarding colleagues to ensure effective utilization of the system.

WHAT YOU OFFER
- enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student in Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, UX/UI Design, Product Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a similar field of study
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and communicate issues
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- experience with customer journey (UI/UX) development (e. g. Figma) and web UI principles and/or familiarity with dashboards (e. g. Piano Analytics, Power BI) and data visualization
