RESPONSIBILITIES

For a period of 3 - 4 months, starting from January 2025, you have the opportunity to become part of our Management Consulting department and support the Innovation Excellence team. The department gives advice the top management of the BASF.

  • Group as well as their business units in the field of general management and is therefore actively supporting the change processes of BASF.
  • As a full member of the team, you independently manage global projects in the areas of circular economy and sustainability as well as digitalization and are involved from day one.
  • You independently review value chains and analyze them in a comprehensive manner. On this basis, you build an ecosystem consisting of internal and external stakeholders.
  • You act entrepreneurial and apply agile project management methods such as design-thinking and rapid prototyping in our consulting projects.
  • Furthermore, you develop innovative business models for products and services incl. value propositions.

  • business studies, ideally in the advanced semester of studies
  • ideally first work experience in a consulting company or in an innovation environment
  • strong analytical skills to understand and analyze complex value chains
  • very good English skills, German knowledge is a plus
  • strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working in an international team
  • interest in innovation as well as a future-oriented mindset
