Job Description
In this trainee position, you will independently take on responsibilities across various areas within our Project Management Office (PMO).
Start your career with the BEUMER Group as a Trainee/ Global Graduate (m/f/d) Project Management Office (PMO). At least two practical, in-depth assignments will take place at our international subsidiaries, where you will not only gain professional experience but also build your network within the BEUMER Group. In addition, you will be supported by a mentor throughout the program. Your responsibilities will include:
- You support the application of our project management frameworks and methodologies across the whole project life cycle and support their daily implementation
- You assist in securing the implementation of project management principles and the further development of the project management maturity in BEUMER Group worldwide
- You assist in planning and executing multiple, simultaneous and complex PMO tasks on internal, strategic and international customer-facing projects
- You support project management audits and assist in project team workshops to facilitate proper project initiation, planning and execution
- You provide support to our global PM Leads network and collaborate with the People & Culture department on training and development initiatives for project managers

Qualifications
- You have successfully completed your bachelor's degree in (business) engineering and your master's degree in the field of engineering, management or similar
- You have preferably at least two years of working experience in engineering, project management or process management in an international working environment, or you have strong experience in project management and process implementation
- You are a team player with very good communication skills as well as enthusiasm to work in an international team
- Your work style is structured and reliable with very good self-management and problem-solving skills
- You possess profound MS Office knowledge
- You speak English and German fluently
- You are willing to travel
