We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship in our Global Talent Aquisition team based in Munich. We are supporting the HR departments of the BMW Group worldwide in recruiting and candidate selection topics.
What awaits you?
- In your internship you will be supporting the project managers as well as dealing with the day-to-day tasks within our team that are required to ensure the smooth running of the global Talent Acquisition office like content creation and planning of meetings, workshops, and projects.
- You will be supporting Talent Acquisition processes in developing selection methods and concepts. This covers also collecting data to evaluate the need in terms of diagnostic tools in the different entities of the BMW Group worldwide regarding the different target groups, as well as supporting in identifying, analyzing, selecting, developing, and implementing various selection tools in the different countries and entities of the BMW Group.
- Furthermore, you will also be involved in the preparation of market research presentations and trend reports.
- Doing this you will be guided and mentored throughout inspiring tasks and projects.
- In your new role you will be part of the team from day one and encouraged to add new ideas and value to the business.

What should you bring along?
- HR/Psych/Business degree or another applicable field (master’s degree student preferred).
- Perfect fluency in English, business level German of advantage.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (considerable experience in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Interest/experience in collaboration platforms and new technologies (e.g., Microsoft TEAMS, Confluence).
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work self-directedly in a fast-paced environment and strong analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple assignments.
