BYBROWN is a premium rainwear brand which continues to reinvent outdoor protection, challenging the status quo of the fashion industry using technology, sustainability and fashion as its guiding force.
The 6-month plus placement, 4 to 5 days a week (starting in August/September) offers a great chance to gain valuable working experience in all aspects of content creation, marketing, management, branding and design at an authentic, ambitious company.
You will gain an in-depth knowledge of how a small, independent, fashion business is run and have the opportunity to extend your own network in the fields of fashion and sustainability.
TASKS INCLUDE
- Develop rental strategies around circular business plans, working with software companies to set up a rental system.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, especially around online presence and rental.
- Manage online presence; website and social media platforms, creating content, planning and driving the strategy.
- Develop creative campaigns in line with the company’s strategy to drive growth and acquisitions.
- Improving managerial systems.
- Be part of the retail and merchandising team for pop-up shops in Amsterdam and Berlin.
- Be part of organising and implementing a campaign shoot.
- Support the designer in the daily management tasks around running the label.
