Context
The Shared Services Center Operations is part of the COO department and supports the 4 business lines of Degroof Petercam with operational services related to Banking Operations and Client Administration.
Within the department, we always strive to offer best in class, efficient services to our internal and external clients.
Your Position
Your main missions will be to support in:
- Banking Operations:
- Booking and processing of cash & payments transactions;
- Booking and post-trade processing of transactions in financial instruments (equities, bonds, derivatives, funds…);
- Operational treatment of corporate actions (dividend, stock split…) on the accounts of our clients;
- Control and reporting on local and international tax related matters (withholding tax, tax on stock exchange transactions, FATCA, CRS…).
- Client Administration:
- Operational treatment of client onboarding and lifecycle (opening & closing of accounts, account modifications…).

Your Profile
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelors or a Masters degree in Finance, Economy, Administration or any related field.
- You have strong analytical and numerical skills.
- You are passionate about the financial industry and banking operations.
- You are results-driven with a hands-on approach.
- You are able to work independently but you also enjoy working in a team setting.
- Your are fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
- You are proficient in MS office.
