Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:
- Company secretariat: support the team in charge of the Board of Directors’ and shareholders’ meetings organization; participate to legal and regulatory compliance duties concerning the Bank and its overseas entities.
- General Administration of LST: support the team in charge of the general administration of the department including periodic reporting to Head Office (in Beijing), correspondence with the regulator(s), correspondence with cross-border branches, subsidiaries, Head Office, etc.

Qualifications
Profile (Technical Skills):
- General knowledge of business administration; knowledge of corporate secretarial matters will be considered as an asset (e.g. organization of decisional committees’ and/or board of directors’ meetings, AGM/EGM, trade register, etc.)
- Excellent clerical skills: attention to detail, strong written communication skills (particularly in Chinese and English languages), strong organization skills, computer literate
- Good business culture, knowledge of the financial/banking environment
- Some basic / general knowledge of Luxembourg and/or Chinese law will be considered as an asset
Profile (Soft Skills):
- Dynamic, agile, eager and fast learner
- Good analytical, drafting and issue-solving skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Prioritization skills and strong team player in multicultural environment
Language skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory, French and/or another language will be considered as an asset
Education:
- Degree in business or business administration (or equivalent)
Experience:
- Any previous relevant internship will be positively regarded.
