We are looking for an Intern for a Business Analyst Assistant for our Customer & Markets Team (project fusion Teams (Business &IT) within the Luxembourg Market & CIB Department.

Your mission:

  • Assist the the Customer, CRM & Onboarding project teams on the daily basis to manage IT tools optimization projects what involves identifying, evaluating, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of various banking processes and IT tools used within an organization to become more efficient, user-friendly and ready for the future.
  • Participate in conducting a comprehensive analysis of the existing business and IT infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, implement solutions to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and increase productivity respecting overall business objectives

Your main activities:

  • The Business Analyst Assistant will work closely with the Customer, CRM & Onboarding project teams to assist in the collection, analysis, assessment, and development of the business requirements.
  • Responsibilities include conducting business research, analyzing user feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements. The intern will also participate in Agile ceremonies (such as Sprint Planning), backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing.
  • Additionally, the intern will have the opportunity to contribute to the product roadmap and gain hands-on experience in Agile product development framework.
  • The projects may involve training and change management to ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary skills to make the most of the optimized IT tools.
