Your next challenge:
- Prepare legal advice with regard to Wealth Management activities (concerning mainly insurance, lending, civil, commercial, corporate and investor protection law aspects)
- Advise BIL Group on its duties and responsibilities in respect of these activities, in particular in relation to general banking, bank insurance, cross border, credit structuring / implementation and MIFID related regulatory aspects
- Draft, review, negotiate any types of agreements in relation with the referred activities
- Contribute to BIL group projects by giving the best legal recommendations
- Actively participate in the legal and regulatory developments within BIL group including the launch of new products in coordination with other departments (compliance, risks, product development, IT…)
- Provide support to the Head of Legal and team members on various matters

Your skills:
- University degree in law (BAC+5) , CCDL is an asset
- Knowledge of Luxembourg law and/or its surrounding countries’ banking, legal and regulatory environment is a strong asset
- Excellent organization and coordination skills, combining attention to detail and an efficient overview of key questions and priorities
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory. Any other language is a strong asset
- Team player
- Flexible, polyvalent and able to work on various legal subjects
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated
