In our Business Intern Program, you can be part of a team that is helping shape the future of aerospace. Throughout the 12-week program, you’ll work on innovative projects with a global reach in areas like Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations and Human Resources. Our interns are active team members who help guide critical business decisions—from using your analytical skills to drive profitable growth, to participating in contract negotiations and helping to manage projects.

The Boeing intern experience also goes beyond your assigned job with site tours, community involvement, networking events and seminars to further your development. Additionally, you’ll be assigned a mentor who will help you grow and explore a variety of career areas along the way.

In our Engineering Intern Program, you can be part of a team that shapes the future of aerospace. Our engineering interns help turn dreams into reality, bring world-class innovation to market and help design our next generation of amazing products. You’ll also be involved with everything from Boeing site tours, to networking events and exposure to executives and mentors. The intern experience goes beyond your assigned job.

We have many engineering opportunities for students majoring in electrical, materials, mechanical/structural, software or flight engineering. Join us, and build something better for yourself, for our customers and for the world.

In our Information Technology Intern Program, you can help deliver best-in-class technological solutions to our business and customers. The 12-week program gives you access to cutting-edge technology and a variety of areas to grow your skills, including: Application Development, Cybersecurity, Information Protection, Network Design, Project Management, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture and Systems Integration.

Here, you’ll also find the opportunity to speak with experienced professionals and experts across Boeing, including building relationships through mentor programs. Additionally, you will take part in a variety of activities, such as site tours, community involvement, networking events and seminars, to continue developing new skills.

Description of Ideal Candidate

You must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or a consolidated bachelor's/master's degree program aligned with the position. You also must be available to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks, though 12 weeks is preferred. Strong candidates will also exhibit sound leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
