Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and motivated intern to join our IT Support Systems team at Bosch for a 12-month extracurricular internship. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting HR systems, with a focus on SuccessFactors, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other HR-related platforms. You will work closely with a dynamic team, contributing to ongoing projects, troubleshooting issues, and improving the user experience of HR systems used across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management and support of HR IT systems, including SuccessFactors and other HR platforms.
  • Provide technical support to internal users of HR systems, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to talent management, learning modules, and employee data.
  • Participate in system updates, configuration changes, and data integration tasks specific to HR systems.
  • Help maintain and improve HR IT support documentation, ensuring clear communication across teams.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth system operations and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Knowledge in HR IT systems support and SuccessFactors is an advantage.

Know-how:

  • Previous academic or hands-on experience in HR systems support, SuccessFactors, or similar learning platforms is desirable.
  • Participation in academic projects or internships related to IT support for HR systems is a plus.

Languages:

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • German is an advantage but not required.

Working Style and Methods:

  • Willingness to learn and apply Agile methodologies in a real-world environment, focusing on iterative development and flexible approaches.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take part in cross-functional teamwork, collaborating with HR and IT departments.
