Job Description

  • During your internship you will support the Sales Controlling team in the Current Forecast, Target Business Plan and YTD processes by analyzing and summarizing sales data to provide insights and recommendations for decision making.
  • You will analyze and clarify data with client teams and reconcile reported data with dashboards to ensure accuracy and consistency in sales reporting.
  • Furthermore, you will develop strong training materials (handbook) for the sales organization and stakeholders to ensure understanding and correct application of sales processes and best practices.
  • Finally, you will help identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance sales excellence, including suggestions for streamlining reporting processes.

Qualifications

  • Education: studies in the field of Business, Finance, Information Technology or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); PowerBI and PowerQuery a plus; basic understanding of the sales organization
  • Personality and Working Practice: a person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Languages: fluent in English, German is a plus
