  • Define, formalize and implement customer support procedures between the signing of the order and delivery of the vehicle for future customers

  • Organize customer visits Write letters and customer communication materials

  • Ensure the quality of information in the customer database

REQUIREMENTS

  • BAC +3 in business school or equivalent with a specialisation in marketing and/or sales

  • First experience in the automotive industry is desirable

SKILLS

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and its distribution networks

  • Fluent in French and English, notions of German desirable

  • Sales, marketing and events skills

  • Organizational skills

  • Good interpersonal skills, initiative, team spirit

  • Demonstrate confidentiality
