Program Overview
Start in one of our facilities across the regions, learn together as a group regionally, and individually at local level in day-to-day operations, within your specialization.
The program of 18 months is composed of 3 main stages:
- Nourish | 3 months: Regional and plant onboarding, buddy up, settle, and prepare to grow.
- Grow | 9 months: Hands-on learning within the team locally, develop and deepen Bunge Business knowledge and grow through a game and group learning curriculum.
- Flourish | 6 months: Finalize the program with a group project and fine-tune skills of the future.
Upon successful completion, trainees will transition into a role in the Business Unit that complements both the needs of the company and the trainees' career interests and personal strengths.

What to bring
- A Bachelor or Master working and thinking level in Engineering or relevant field (such as: Industrial Operations, Maintenance, Automation, Process, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Chemical or Environmental Sciences).
- Up to 2 years previous work experience, which can be through internships or extra-curricular experience. International exposure; travel & relocation might be required
- A good level of English language skills. Local languages may be required in some locations
- Typically you’re Passionate, bold and driven, are known for your excellent social skills | Proactivity | Problem-solving | Growth mindset | Learning Agility | Adaptability.
