Within the Human Resources Department of the CMA CGM Group, you assist the teams with the daily tasks of the Compensation and Benefits department.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • You conduct global compensation benchmarks.
  • You perform analyses for the renewal of health and welfare insurance contracts, as well as follow-up with providers, and monitor payroll evolution against the budget.
  • You analyze data quality and follow up with HRBPs for corrections, while creating explanatory documents on salary structures and benefits.
  • You participate in the improvement of benefits management programs, market studies on these benefits, the enhancement of internal reporting tools and processes, and take part in cross-functional projects including change management and support creation.
  • You support the annual actuarial evaluations of the Group’s social liabilities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You are currently pursuing a Master 2 in actuarial science or human resources.
  • You are fluent in English and French.
  • You have a strong interest in data analysis and are proficient in Excel. Experience with Qlik Sense and Workday would be an additional asset.
  • You demonstrate discretion, good communication skills, organizational skills, and autonomy.
  • You have the ability to adapt and show rigor.
