YOUR ROLE
To meet today's challenges, the Group is developing an ambitious sustainable development strategy based on three pillars: acting for people, the planet and responsible commerce. This strategy, steered by the CSR (Sustainable Development) Department at head office in Marseille, is implemented and managed locally by a network of referents.
You will compile a report on all your actions, monitor CSR news and benchmarks, and suggest areas for improvement. We'll also give you the opportunity to lead internal communications. Our assignments can evolve according to your profile!
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Here are your projects:
Mobility Plan - Marseille
- Assist the low-carbon mobility referent in implementing the various measures arising from the mobility plan for the Marseille Arenc site (in particular, a feasibility study for a company shuttle).
- Lead and manage our Switch To Bike (electric bicycle) program on a day-to-day basis.
- Participate in the deployment at head office of the WEVER platform, our future national and international low-carbon mobility data manager.
Sustainable management of energy, water and waste in our buildings -France and Worldwide
- Monitor and report quarterly on consumption in our offices
- Set up dashboards
- Monitor and deploy action plans
- Prepare steering committees in collaboration with the project manager.
Group employee commitment program – Worldwide
- Contribute to developing and animating the community of CSR ambassadors: propose activations, create content (news, articles, podcasts, fact sheets, presentations, etc.).
- Contribute to the organization of internal events aimed at raising awareness and engaging employees.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 5 years' post-graduate training in the Environment/CSR field
- Project management and team leadership skills, knowledge of CSR legislation.
- Strong interest in social and environmental issues
- English level B2/C1, you will have the opportunity to lead meetings with your international counterparts.
