What we look for

Commercial Management / Merchandising Trainee:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Agricultural Studies, Trading, or Finance.

Technical Management Trainee:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Biochemical, Agricultural, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, or related fields.

Entry level work experience (up to 2 years) and/or an internship in relevant areas.

Fluency in English and local language (depending on the location)

Natural leadership ability and good interpersonal skills.

Valid work permit for the EU and/or location where the role is located.
