You’ll work closely with the Operations team to help design and deliver charging solutions and will be the main point of contact throughout the customer’s journey.

To help continue to grow our activity in the UK, ChargeGuru are looking for a versatile Sales Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, to listen to our customers needs and help provide them with the perfect charging solution. You’ll work closely with the Operations team to help design and deliver charging solutions and will be the main point of contact throughout the customer’s journey.

What you’ll do:

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the first and main point of contact for our private and business customers. You’ll be speaking to inbound leads generated through our partners or via our direct marketing channels; and you’ll be making outbound calls to new leads. You will:

  • Make outbound calls and send proactive emails to private & business leads

  • Respond to inbound leads via phone and email

  • Qualify the customer’s specific needs for a charging solution 

  • Talk customer’s through the different options available to them

  • Convert private & business leads to happy ChargeGuru customers

  • Liaise with the Operations team to provide all the necessary information to enable them to produce a design & quotation

What you’ll need:

  • Be undertaking a relevant degree (business related).

  • To be IT literate, with experience using various business platforms.

  • To be comfortable with cold calling both private and business customers.

  • To be outgoing with great people skills and the ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner that customers understand.

  • To be able to commute into a central London office 4 days a week.

  • To be fluent in spoken and written English.
