Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to discover the Business Development, Marketing & Communication department of our firm in Luxembourg. You will take full part in the management and coordination of events and the production of marketing & communication materials. This internship is also a great opportunity to get valuable insights about the daily operation and BD function in an international law firm.

  • Assist with the update and contribute to the development of our marketing materials (clients presentations, brochures, client briefings, capability statements, CVs)
  • Contribute to the update of our internal communication tools (intranet news, internal newsletter, diverse reporting on Coms and marketing activities)
  • Maintain targeted client lists in the Firm's database (InterAction)
  • Assist in all facets of event management & coordination: invitation drafting, emailing campaign, registrations follow-up, external suppliers management, on-site support and post-event analysis
  • Follow up of our sponsoring in the Luxembourg market and abroad
  • Provide your support to all our BD, Marketing & Communication initiatives and team members (project management, activity reporting, document preparation)

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Student or Graduate (Bachelor/Master) in Marketing- Business-Communication

Interpersonal skills

  • Strong presentation and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects and meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail and meticulous follow-through
  • Practical, proactive, commercially minded and service driven with a "can do" and positive attitude

Language and IT skills

  • Fluency in English. French considered as an asset
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Interest in digital tools and social media (LinkedIn)
