What is the job about? 

The Program Manager Intern will be assisting in the management and execution of key programs within the organization. As an intern on the Program Management team, you'll be involved in coordinating and working alongside various cross-functional teams to support achieving strategic objectives.

The role includes planning, monitoring, and helping to deliver projects that contribute to the organization’s goals. The first three-month training program will cover essential technical skills and company-specific processes. We are committed to providing growth opportunities and nurturing talent within our organization. 

What will you do? 

  • Support Production Plans: Assist in defining and refining production plans, contributing to overall program strategy.
  • Budget and Operational Planning: Help develop budgets and operational plans for assigned programs.
  • Performance Evaluation: Aid in evaluating program performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Status Updates: Provide regular updates on program status to stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Risk Analysis: Assist in analyzing risks associated with program execution and propose mitigation strategies.

Mandatory:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Valuable:

  • Basic understanding of System Engineering.
  • Interest in international projects.
  • Familiarity with avionics customers and products.
