This role will be supporting the Business and Sales Operations Manager, based in Bremen, to drive and improve the operational activities of the Sales and Strategic Partnership teams.

Job responsibilities:

Sales Operations:

  • Support the review and optimization of operational activities and processes within the sales team, which may require collaborating with other teams such as the marketing, product, and professional services teams
  • Assist the development and improvement of documentation and sales enablement resources
  • Conduct data analysis for sales engagement with customers – e.g. customer’s 12-month product usage
  • Support the preparation of sales-related reports for management

Market Research:

  • Conduct research on specific market segments, region/country, organizations, individuals based on the needs of the Strategic Partnership or Leadership teams
  • Support sales team members with Constructor Passport profiles on HubSpot

There will be two main projects that this role will be working on alongside the mentioned responsibilities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled at a university in Bremen
  • Able to commit full-time; 3 months
  • Keen interest in SaaS sales operations and/or EduTech
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Solid communication and ability to adapt to changing working environments
