Details

We are looking for an Event Marketing Intern to become the heartbeat of our marketing events. And we’re not talking about arranging a small booth at the local trade fair. We are talking big global events, catching the attention of some of the world's biggest eCommerce brands - like Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Columbia, and many more.

We can offer you experience working with an international team—chatting to our Vietnamese colleagues in the morning and meeting with our American colleagues in the afternoon!

From brainstorming creative strategies to the nitty-gritty of logistics, you’ll get to see and do it all. Plus, you’ll make valuable connections and gain real-world experience that’ll look awesome on your resume.

And the best of it? We’re a startup. That means every single colleague and manager you’ll meet, will know your name. Even our CEO. You won’t be an employee number - you’ll be a valued member of the team, creating solid and professional relationships within the marketing and tech industry. What's the gig?As our Event Marketing Intern, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our international marketing team, helping to bring our events to life. Some of your tasks might be:

  • Event Planning and Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to secure necessary arrangements. Maintain event schedules, timelines, and checklists to ensure smooth execution.
  • Event Promotion: Assist in creating event-related marketing materials and promoting events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and website updates.
  • Event Support: Provide logistical support during events, including setup, registration, attendee engagement, and breakdown.
Help track event expenses and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective event planning.
  • Research and Analysis: Research industry events, trends, and best practices to identify new opportunities for Creative Force. Analyze competitor events to gain insights and improve Creative Force's event strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project updates.
