Participate in a two-year rotational program featuring Three eight-month assignments across different business units within our Marketing and Sales functions.

Description of Ideal Candidate
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Languages, or a related field.

Practical experience in Marketing or Sales, obtained through internships, academic projects, or post-graduate work.

Language proficiency : C-level fluency in English (written and spoken).

Willingness to travel: Although your main work location will be Rumst - Belgium, you need to have the ability to travel to other European countries, including the United Kingdom during the program
