What sets our training program apart:
- Help shape the future: You will actively shape your individual 18-month graduate program and build your expertise in the B2B environment or solution sales in order to jointly help shape data-based and customer needs-oriented business decisions of the future.
- Taking responsibility: You will learn on a project basis and accompany specialist departments from the initial idea to the industrialized product in collaboration with our customers to develop intelligent solutions for the responsible use of water and energy.
- Use creativity and freedom: You work with international experts to further develop our activities in Supply Chain and Sales - generating innovative ideas to provide our customers with the right product at the right time.
- Work internationally: You will work independently and in agile, international and cross-functional teams on projects in the areas of Sales, Supply Chain and Customer Solution Center and spend time at one of our international locations as part of the graduate program.
- Think holistically: In addition to working with global development partners and customers on integration concepts, data interfaces and data analytics technologies, you will gain a holistic view of the product portfolio of an international solution provider for intelligent measurement of water, thermal energy, gas, and electricity.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- You have successfully completed or are about to complete your studies in business, economics or similar.
- You are enthusiastic about topics related to supply chain and sales such as Sales Forecast, Predictive Analysis, Production & Logistics.
- Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to recognize and solve problems, coupled with a quick grasp of things, speak for you.
- Ideally, you have experience abroad, e.g. through studies or internships, as well as initial practical experience, e.g. in dealing with supply chain or sales operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Due to our international orientation and the planned stay abroad, a very good command of English is a must and rounds off your profile.
