At DNB we offer a highly rewarding and insightful internship within Investment Banking. Early applicants will be favored as we consider candidates on a rolling basis. The application will be removed once the positions are filled with suitable candidates. No specific university degree or local language required, only that you are in the penultimate year of Bachelor’s or Master’s studies, and full proficiency in English.

Our Investment Banking Division within DNB Markets offers advisory and execution services in M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets.

With around 170 professionals located in Oslo, Stockholm, London, New York and Singapore, our international team boasts extensive product, market and transaction experience. In Stockholm, we are a fast-growing team of about 50 professionals.

This internship provides the right candidate a unique opportunity to engage in M&A transactions, Initial Public Offerings, Private Placements and Debt/Equity transactions for clients across various sectors and geographies. You’ll work in a challenging and stimulating environment, facing a steep learning curve while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.

  • Motivated students who are eager to learn more about investment banking and financial markets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is considered a plus
  • Strong academic results 
  • Completed at least one year of Bachelor’s or Master’s studies
