Overview

STEM Aspire is a female mentorship program connecting students to mentors within Dell Technologies. Its aim is to encourage and empower enthusiastic female students to have rewarding careers in the technology sector. ​

Details

What is expected from me? 

  • Engagement with your mentor once a month (can be online, hybrid or face-to-face) for 6 months from February 2025 to July 2025

  • Participation in events run by the program (onsite opening ceremony, 9 training session on topics “Technical Skills, Personal Branding, Soft Skills'' and the closing ceremony)

  • 70% attendance of sessions is required to receive certification (100% = approx. 20 hours, events + mentoring)

Description of Ideal Candidate

Do I qualify? 

  • As a female studying a STEM degree or STEM related course or business related course

  • HBO 2nd, 3rd, 4th year or University Bachelor 2nd, 3rd year or University Master 1st or 2nd year

  • Dutch speaking - professional language skills or native
