Role Overview:

As part of the ONLINE EMEA team, you will contribute to the strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis of the EU HUB website and standalone regional sites. This role involves enhancing e-retail operations, improving customer experiences through CRM initiatives, and ensuring alignment with both global strategies and local market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management:

    • Update the site backend, activate products, and manage e-merchandising and content.
    • Create and test promotional offer codes to ensure seamless functionality.
  • CRM Campaigns:

    • Design and launch weekly email marketing campaigns for European markets, supporting online activations and promotions.
  • Performance Analysis:

    • Generate monthly reports on business activity, including retail sales, website traffic, orders, database growth, and email marketing KPIs.
  • E-Retailer Support:

    • Collect assets and product information to assist with online activations.
    • Monitor top-performing e-retail doors to track brand visibility and positioning.

Description of Ideal Candidate

About You:

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree (Bac +4/5) from a Business School or equivalent, ideally as part of an end-of-studies internship.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce and digital marketing is required.
  • Proficient in English (fluency required).
  • Strong digital and data-driven mindset, with knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
