Your mission
The CMI team at Dorel Juvenile is seeking an enthusiastic intern to assist with various operational tasks. This role is crucial in supporting our marketing and sales teams by improving current dashboards and setting up new studies.
Key responsibilities
- Assistance with setting up new research projects (e.g., surveys and user tests), including preparation of materials and recruiting
- Assistance with collecting, analyzing, and reporting customer feedback during product testing
- Creation and improvement of (PowerBI) dashboards to track product performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide insights based on their needs.

Your profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field.
- Strong research and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Proficiency in data management and survey tools.
- Familiarity with PowerBI (preferred) dashboard creation.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.

What we offer
- You will receive an internship allowance based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
- This is a position for 32-40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
- You will first receive an internship contract for 6 months.
- Besides work there is time for fun such as team outings or our Workout on Wheels bootcamp every Tuesday.
