The Opportunity: Your Next Adventure Awaits
As an intern, you will be part of a team focused on managing Technical Assistance and Framework Contracts for EU institutions. This includes policy evaluation, technical assistance, digital consulting, and more. You will assist in the entire proposal development process to ensure timely delivery of compliant and compelling proposals. Additionally, you will help manage the submission of the final offer to the European Institutions. Your role will encompass administrative support and communication tasks, both internally and externally. You will also have the chance to participate in project delivery and client interaction.

What We Look For
- Serve as a key point of contact between clients, EY colleagues, and external parties on assigned proposals, mainly Requests for Service under framework contracts.
- Assist in the bidding process and coordinate it from start to finish, from receiving the request to proposal submission, setting internal deadlines, and monitoring progress proactively.
- Help the responsible teams by analyzing tender documentation, detailing tender requirements, creating proposal templates, and collecting necessary information.
- Assist with the analysis of selection criteria, gathering, and preparing documentation such as administrative and legal documents, references, CVs, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
- Conduct research on policy and legislative documents to identify the expertise required for tenders, and assist in selecting and engaging internal and external experts.
- Aid in submitting proposals to clients.
- Support teams throughout project durations, acting as a coordinator among involved parties.
- Assist in preparing presentation drafts, reports, statistics.
