Overview

The Bank offers a dynamic work environment and is looking for a proactive intern to join its Project Management Office as a cornerstone of all departments (legal, compliance, middle and front office, and risk, among others). You will become part of a growing team that will allow you to discover multiple topics with a management committed to your progress.

Your main responsibilities

Under the supervision of the COO department, you will support the Project Managers by: 

  • Identifying and analysing new local projects and managing their implementation;
  • Leading workshops with stakeholders to coordinate end-to-end strategic and regulatory projects; 
  • Ensuring that milestones are met and agreed deliverables are supplied in due time;
  • Ensure smooth communication within projects (minutes, reports, and presentations) in a timely manner; 
  • Monitoring and tracking regulatory changes and keep informed relevant stakeholders;
  • Facilitating the project managers in their daily activities by reviewing processes and improving efficiency.

Skills you will acquire 

  • How to handle the different steps of a project in the financial sector;
  • How to handle multiple complex projects and their deadlines;
  • Participate in a variety of internal and external professional training;
  • What are the different departments of a bank, with their roles and responsibilities;
  • What are the main financial regulations at the EU and national levels;

Description of Ideal Candidate

Your profile

  • You are finishing or have completed a master’s degree in Business / Economics / Engineering or Law school;
  • You are familiar with working in an international environment. English is a prerequisite. French is a plus;
  • You are proficient in MS Office and any other tools;
  • You are autonomous and proactive, with strong analysis and communication skills;
  • You show organizational skills that reflect your ability to perform all daily tasks with excellent attention to details.
