You will be responsible for:
- Prevention of Occupational Risks: support in the Coordination of Business Activities, planning of health surveillance activities of employees.
- Hiring: support in registrations and onboarding of new employees.
- Internal and external training: support in management and coordination, as well as in corporate events.
- Internal communication: support in the preparation of newsletters and communications.
- Support in the different projects of the Human Resources area.
- Management of the database of employees.

To be a best fit for this project you will need:
- University studies or equivalent in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management or similar.
- It is mandatory to have the possibility to sign an agreement with your studies center.
- Good level of English (B2).
- Domain office package (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Orientation towards people and results.
- Personal attitude and willingness to share knowledge, learn and help others.
- Proactive, self-sufficient, methodical person with great organizational capacity.
- Open to change and continuous improvement.
