We are looking for new graduates to participate in our Early Year Talent Program. This is a 6 months internship program, during which you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice and acquire skills through a working opportunity. This program is open to recent graduates from different disciplines and cover a wide range of roles.

You will learn about our People development principles and support the activities of Learning & Development initiatives, including:
- Develop presentations using storytelling principles related to talent development topics & local trainings
- Own communication process: prepare newsletters and other communications (such videos) including digital tools & materials
- Support in translation and communications of the materials between English – Spanish
- Event management of Talent initiatives
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects: employee engagement survey, Great Place to work employer branding project..etc.
- Support in management of the training life cycle: preparation, organization and execution of local training catalogue and Wellbeing initiatives in Iberia
- Follow-up on training administrative and cost controlling procedures
- Focus on the Learnlight local language program monitoring & management

Profile & requirements:
- Strong communication skills: native in Spanish & fluent (C1) in English
- Excellent presentation and marketing skills
- Analytical skills
- Great capacity to high quality translations from English to Spanish
- Be familiar with modern virtual tools
